The work is meant to be interactive. The funnel/sinkhole shapes of the wood invites the visitors to place his or her head in between and listen to the surrounding sounds. The construction amplifies and invites the visitor to hear, to listen, to receive and to pay attention. By doing so, one can experience the silence in oneself. The installation places the spectator’s mind at the center of the artwork, functioning as a tool for the visitor to experience “here and now”.
